The Random Thought Thread

Stafford is the clear leader but Maye has a shot too if he closes the season strong. He'll get the "that team shouldn't have been that good" benefit.
So what you’re saying is we need to smash Maye and the pats Sunday night, help Matt. Bien?

His stats are nearly identical to Lamar's last season. Watch them give Allen mvp again tho
Right now the Rams are the 1 seed so that helps and the Bills cant really win the division. Maybe if the Rams fall off and the Patriots fall off and the Bills take the AFC East then he has a chance just because none of the other QBs are looking good.

Correct.
Ravens need to win 2 of 3, and one of those wins has to be the Steelers. A Ravens win on Sunday + PIT loss makes week 17 irrelevant for both teams.
But I say beat them for good measure as well to ride a 4 game win streak into the playoffs with the confidence of taking down two contenders, relatively speaking

If the GB game is meaningless, I wouldn't be making large investments in playing time for players that don't need it. Which is most of your starters. Any significant injury pretty much erases the "confidence" meter.

Puka Nacua about to get a fine and every OPI call against him tomorrow night. Apparently Puka wanted to bring the streamers whose show he's on, into the building to do the stream but McVay shut that down quick.

Week 16 Thread is up as we head into back to back primetime games, likely another primetime game in Week 18 for the Division.

Gilman and starks at true safety, Hamilton at OLB/nickel, and AD at slot corner rotating to safety, is a pretty ridiculous secondary based on what we’ve seen recently. Starks is still a projection based on pedigree, Gilman has been excellent, and we saw what kinda player AD is and he came right into form last week, and obviously Hamilton.

Never a reason to have less than 3 safeties on the field with this group, and it seems like we’re figuring out how to deploy that.

If our secondary collapses and melts down again this season, I’m back to seriously doubting Orr, this group is too good to be having issues like we saw early season.
