DVOA loves Lamar’s offenses but it hasn’t led to a championship yet
were those offences not good enough/were the stats lying?
or was it more that we just didnt show up on the day when it mattered?

I’m not overly familiar with this stat but I’m guessing it loves more efficient offenses which we obviously have been under Lamar

Until OC decides we're not going to run any longer. Robbed us of a Super Bowl last season.
Idk.. lions look tough af..i was scared of bills at first but i dnt think they can beat us unless the weather just fuck us over.. kc, i really hope we beat them bitches. Im unsure how their offense will look now with hollywood. I hope we dont play zone the whole game vs them..

The most annoying thing about the Lamar vs Allen mvp argument is that Lamar is the MVP, Allen sucks, and Baker Mayfield is better than Allen.

Books are overcooked. I suspect this is direct collusion by Vegas bookies who have bought votes because so much money has gone into Lamar for MVP. They'll make a killing. Also, there are so many voters of ill repute like Emmanuel Acho and Orlovsky. Dan may be doing it because of the Pegulas, but I'm certain bookies have a way of making this shit trend their way.

If lamar wins the mvp and doesnt make it to SB.. we will never hear the end of it.. not to mention if we lose to bills if/when we play them.. matter fact they just need to give it to whoever win the game lol

I dnt think it has anything to do with bookies…Its mainly just about narrative. Whatever sports what the narratives to be, it will be. Easy to convince a population of people who dont think for themselves
Vorhees had a really nice game. I think he has promise and I'd love to see him in the playoffs.

The bookies read the trends is all. It's the voters that are suspect...
I have a hard time believing they will vote Lamar two in a row given how negative many in the press are when he struggles; but more than that how they struggle to give him his due when he does well. I think Allen wins based on that. Lamar deserves it, but Allen will win it to round out the Big 3 QB's dominance of the MVP Award over the past few years. A 3rd MVP would indicate that Lamar is better than Mahomes, overall, and that is not a narrative the press likes.

He’s always had promise. Some constantly criticize players not thinking about they might be nicked or injured. As long as he can stay healthy he’ll be a good one for us.
