The Random Thought Thread

I maintain the two are connected, if he dominates the Steelers he will dominate the playoffs, the demons are cousins
I think one comes before the other. I wish there was a bigger national narrative about how we can't beat the Steelers because we're literally 1-7 in the last 8. If we got hated on for that more so we could conquer demons before kc.

Flaccos 2011 showing he can handle Pittsburgh was followed by finally showing up in the playoffs. Would love to see the same progression nov 17th or whatever day it is

Not only this, but as far as regular season games, he owes us a few good games against the Steelers. I'm getting tired of these underwhelming performances against them. In his defense, he should've had an amazing game against them last season in PIT if mf's wouldn't have had the dropsies.
They match up very well against our offense but I agree, he plays uncharacteristically bad in those games.

1-7 against those teams is for sure bad, but Lamar didn’t play for a good amount of them

Now if this defense was about as makeshift as it gets (something like 2013), then okay, fine. But it still just............baffles me to have almost the same defense from last season and have one of the most insane dropoffs I've ever seen.

Like how do they forget to do the simple shit correctly?
Geno Stone isn't here to step in front of somebody who would have otherwise dropped the ball.

I would LOVE for Orr to turn it around. I want it so badly lol. If he does, the SB is ours
I could be fully wrong and i hope i am but even if he were to turn things around, i cant see him having a game plan to slow down a team such as the lions, bills or kc.. if nico comes back it may even be hard to stop hou..

If he turns it around, then he'll be able to. The question is whether he can? The problem thus far is that there's been no improvement over the course of 8 weeks and we're currently at our least healthiness.

I mean, he literally did have a plan that worked against the Bills

Texans O line is absolute trash. Even our pass rush will be enough against them.
