It never really occurs to me how much weight football players have to put on.... then I see a Offensive Lineman after retirement. Just insane how much weight they need to keep on but they sure are quick to lose it after retiring.
Joe Thomas looks insanely fit now as wellIt never really occurs to me how much weight football players have to put on.... then I see a Offensive Lineman after retirement. Just insane how much weight they need to keep on but they sure are quick to lose it after retiring.
If you're an OL you probably have to eat 7-9k calories a day. You're going to drop weight if you just eat more or less healthy. I remember Yanda saying at his presser that he's on a diet and doing cardio. So his transformation makes sense but it's still impressive. It never really occurs to me how much weight football players have to put on.... then I see a Offensive Lineman after retirement. I wouldn't either. He looks seriously differentseriously...I wouldnt know it was him
sounds good to me.Meaningless but kind of interesting tidbit: the last time we played the NFC East with this same home/road schedule (at Eagles, etc.) was the last time we won the Super Bowl. Also played NFC East during the 2000 Super Bowl run. I think it would be appropriate to continue the pattern.
The most intriguing play moving forward is the double screen that happens at the 12 minute mark in the video. I would love seeing more moving forward.
