Wow Yanda looks totally different. I probably would've have never guessed it was him...

Wowwwww that's absolutely insane. Good for him for shedding some excess weight. I miss you already, Yanda :(

It never really occurs to me how much weight football players have to put on.... then I see a Offensive Lineman after retirement. Just insane how much weight they need to keep on but they sure are quick to lose it after retiring.

You telling me bryant mckinnie has lost weight since he retired? That would be trolling every NFL coach he's ever worked with.

If you're an OL you probably have to eat 7-9k calories a day. You're going to drop weight if you just eat more or less healthy. I remember Yanda saying at his presser that he's on a diet and doing cardio. So his transformation makes sense but it's still impressive.

Meaningless but kind of interesting tidbit: the last time we played the NFC East with this same home/road schedule (at Eagles, etc.) was the last time we won the Super Bowl. Also played NFC East during the 2000 Super Bowl run. I think it would be appropriate to continue the pattern.

sounds good to me.

The most intriguing play moving forward is the double screen that happens at the 12 minute mark in the video. I would love seeing more moving forward.

i was waiting in that video for you to point out the fake screen against arizona too - they set up a whole drive of targets to hollywood and then designed a fake screen with a pump fake right at him that left mark andrews wide open for a TD
