Yep, ribeye is also my favorite cut and medium rare is the only way...

I know its sounds taboo, but have you ever had a ribeye Pittsburg style? 1200 degree grilled and charred on the outside making the marbling crispy and the interior still rare/medium rare??? Delmonico ribeyes are the best because they are seriously marbled.....

My wife was surprised when she left Pittsburgh that they don’t serve sandwiches and salads with french fries in them anywhere else. I guess it is just a Pittsburgh thing. My wife makes kick ass steak salads, but I won’t let her put French fries in it...lol.

I was putting fries on my bk chicken sandwich when I was 5 lol didn’t know it was a Pittsburgh thing til they showed the little kitchen snippet on SNF @ PIT years ago.

And while I like that classic Pittsburgh sandwich, I’ll take the Baltimore kitchen snippet over that any day, love when they show the steamed crabs on SNF lol

Yes I’ve had it Pittsburg before. I liked it a lot that way when I was younger, but now I like it better normal Medium Rare.
 
After the Bears got Mack I’m really hoping the ravens get the memo on how to win a SB these days. When Flacco’s gone we need to make moves like that. An elite OL and either an elite proven LB or WR should have us pushing for a SB even if lamar is an average passer
Before announcing this as the new way to win SBs, let's see if the Bears actually accomplish anything.

Besides, last I checked most of the SB winners of the last ten years hadn't made moves like that.

I honestly cannot think of the last team to win a SB that had a top 5 elite WR on it. I can think of several that never make the playoffs but not any that win the SB.

Yeah, Eagles made a splash last year but the balanced approach seems to have been the formula to get to the dance without fail.

Since maybe jerry rice. I had this same talk withone on here a while ago. Teams are in fact better off balanced than having an elite wr and thats been proven.

Wtf. That's a quick sear. Pittsburg style lol. Other than that I agree. Really want to splurge one time and get some wagyu beef.
