@OriolesMagicPlease It's a party mansion isn't it. It's okay. @JoeyFlex5 and I have got this.

We should throw a party and invite him like this: What up!!! We're two cool guys looking for other cool guys who wanna hang out in our party mansion. Nothing sexual. Dudes in good shape encouraged, if you're fat you should be able to find humor in the little things. Again, NOTHING SEXUAL

but happy birthday @DeVito52 not only did you survive teen pregnancy but now you can finally try that first sip of beer! that much closer to being able to rent any car in the aisle and go, even a mid sized or above!

@cobrajet correct me if I'm wrong but me asking a neighbor to turn down his music at 2am when I have work at 4am and am trying to sleep is not a bad thing right?

Also.. Him going "I have a concealed carry permit and I'm not afraid to use it... Also super illegal(not just for him threatening to kill me)."

Yeah this happened three nights ago and I called the cops on him. He went to jail, now he's back.

I need to get rid of this guy somehow.

Yes, if he is playing music at 2am from his apartment and it can be heard inside your apartment, then that is disturbing the peace. You can call the police and they will give him a lawful order to turn it down and if he refuses or turns it back up after they leave and they have to come back, he can be arrested for failing to obey a lawful order by a police officer.

If he said to you, “I have a concealed carry permit and I’m not afraid to use it,” that is a threat. Since that probably did not happen in the police officer’s presence, then they will take a police report for threatening you. You will have to take that police report number and go to a court commissioner and seek a charging document. They will either issue a criminal summons, which will be served on him, and you both would have to show up in court or an arrest warrant, which he will be arrested and processed and you will both have to appear in court. In court, a judge could probably take away his concealed carry permit.

You could also seek a protection order from the same court commissioner which would be served on him. He would not be able to have any contact with until a court hearing is held. In some cases they could seize his firearms until a hearing.

You could also contact your building owner, management company, or landlord and file a complaint, however that is a civil matter.

The key to all this is documentation. You need to call the police every time and get that police report number and hold on to it. It will show a pattern of harassment and that can be important.
