He has played 5 full NFL seasons and is entering year 6. Its past the point where "flashes" are okay. Either he has it or he doesn't and if its the latter its time to move on.

I just can’t see Pavia doing any of the things that a backup QB needs to do in order to stay on a roster. Maybe I feel that way because I just don’t like him.
He probably gets drafted even with the height concerns if he wasn't such an awful human. Actually does some nice things on tape. But like you said, I just can't stand the guy. Maybe this'll be humbling.

Couldn't handle the fame and let it get to his head. And not just him - his entire family. He hasn't done anything illegal per se but he just carries a lot of baggage.
