Schedule Release 2026 Discussion

Dear Football Gods,

If I can have just ONE Ravens game leak before I go to bed tonight, I will be happy. The Carolina Panthers will open up their season at home against the Chicago Bears, so that rules out the Ravens playing in Carolina in week one.

We will open at home against the Titans. Nighty night sweety pie.

As we are now less than 24 hours before the release at 7:30PM on Thursday, leaks seem to be coming out for every team...... except the Ravens lol. At this point, I could probably predict the Ravens schedule based on when teams we play are playing lol.

Seeing the leaks come out, and dwindling down who we can face in week one. I could see Titans as a TNF game or MNF game to highlight Derrick Henry against his former team, and the fact this would be the Titans first time playing in Baltimore since that 2019 Playoff game, plus the obvious long history between the Ravens & Titans. Though it could be week one as well if they want that story to start off the season.

My guesses at this point......

Week 1: Titans. For the reasons I said above.
Week 2: @ Houston Texans. Houston has direct flights to Rio De Janerio which would make travel easier for us, plus assuming Dallas has a home game, then essentially both teams would be on equal ground travel wise for the week three game. The Falcons could be another option here.
Week 3: Cowboys in Brazil, already confirmed.
Week 4: @ Falcons. Looking up info on flights from Rio De Janerio highlight Atlanta and Houston as good options to fly from coming from the US. So coming back from Brazil, I see this as an option if they aren't the week 2 opponent.
Week 5: Buccaneers on Thursday Night Football. Obviously the 2018 NFL Draft storyline and of course Sam Darnold being the first to win a ring, who will win one next, etc.

Yeah I have home v.s Titans, Saints or Bengals week 1. You've sold me on @Texans or falcons week 2. I think the TNF game should be vs Cleveland.

Why do we play Wednesday? That’s awful!

I have a feeling the NFL is going to kickoff the new season on Wednesdays for now on. Look at this year, Seahawks open up the year on a Wednesday due to the Rams/49ers playing Thursday Night in Australia due to the time difference. That I feel like will be the norm in week one going forward, defending Super Bowl Champions open on Wednesday with an International Game Thursday Night.

The Titans are playing the Jets in week one according to a new leak. So now I'd say if it's a home game then it's Tampa or New Orleans, leaning more towards Tampa due to Lamar vs Baker.

@Everyon get in here! A Ravens schedule leak has dropped!! Bengals fans can finally shut up about playing prime time games in Baltimore. New Year's eve in Cincinnati on Thursday Night Football.
