With the 2nd of back-to-back picks, Adam Randall is a height/weight/speed option at RB.

Newer to the position so can project some development here.

Good pick in mid-day 3.

I actually love this pick. Dont know if we can truly roster 4 RBs though.

i think you can fairly easily:
2 QB, 4 RB, 4 TE, 6 WR, 9 OL - there's your 25 on offence

the next question is whether you want to - Ali showed signs of development and hill's coming off an injury which definitely opens the door for Randall - if he develops, maybe they feel comfortable moving on from Hill or Ali early and that opens up a spot for an extra DB or OL

Not sure why he wasn't taken sooner, has to be something there besides just his recent switch to RB. Regardless, it's fun to think about the possibilities for a guy with the tools that could become a Samuels type player for our offense.

this is the reason

was thinking about this earlier

when derrick henry's the starter, you're not gonna see many snaps except on 3rd down, and if you want to play on 3rd down, you need to be able to pass protect

with randall's athleticism and profile, he's got the chops to be a good 3rd down receiving outlet while he develops, as long as he can learn pass pro

have you seen some of his tape when he runs out to catch a pass? it's pretty impressive and interesting

didn't he technically tell these guys to take Lamar?
That is the story I've heard also. He basically insisted on taking him at the original spot of 16. Ozzie believed he could get him later and therefore traded back in the first with Philly to take him. Whew!
