LeFleur shouldn't be a HC. The difference between him and Johnson was night and day. Lefleur just doesn't have that X factor, and I don't see him getting over the hump. Even the HC of the 8-9 Panthers had his team fighting harder.

On the chance he gets fired (unlikely) I wouldn't mind him as an OC. But sure as hell not a HC.
