I'm not holding my breath on Harbaugh. He's not going anywhere, though I think his time is up and he should pack his bags.

I feel like Orr is gone, but gah damn this defensive line and pass rush cannot put any pass rush on the QB. I have no clue what they're going to do because they're tied against the cap. I think this team needs to give up some picks and move up for a blue chip pass rusher. Hopefully Mike Green can live up to his potential, he showed some flashes at least. This team needs to either pay big money for a pass rusher, or trade for one because its becoming a huge problem year in and year out. No DC can work with a pass rush this bad.

Pay Zay Flowers, hopefully he gets an extension. I know he's had some costly turnovers but he always comes to play in big games. He's got so much heart and should be a Raven for a long time. I feel like we have a franchise WR in him.

Tight End group went from one of the best to mediocre and its sad to see. Mark Andrews has lost a step but he hardly gets as many targets as he used to. Career lows in nearly every category. He's just not what he used to be anymore.

Lamar Jackson is still an elite QB. I don't care what the haters say, he made amazing throws and plays last night. I'm very confident in him going forward.

Offensive line needs to be retooled, both guards should be replaced and hopefully there will be some competition in RT. Rosengarten play improved as the season went on but it was a rocky year for him.

In terms of Loop, he shouldn't be handed the job next year. They definitely should bring someone in. His career long is 52 yards and he shouldn't be trusted in those situations.

Green didn’t show enough to go into next year with him as the plan. But I don’t trust edc

I can give him his due, prime andrews had a 2 year stretch where he was the best TE in the league, he was truly elite from 2019-2023, hell of a run by Andrews.

He ain’t that guy anymore, a lot of it seems mental.
I feel bad because his diabetes is technically a disability, but he's a liability.

I also wonder if its mental. Maybe his playoff drop really did something to him. This is part of why I fear that Loop may never recover.

I don't think they have a choice but to pay Zay. Otherwise once again we are going to need a receiver so the draft would be the other option. I can't believe they spent that money on Andrews instead of the other 2 TE's we have. Granted, we've shown the ability to draft them. Likely is clearly the best of the bunch in terms of pass catching and playmaking. I really, REALLY, love Kolar and think he's a much better fit moving forward than Andrews even if we made him TE1 and Likely TE2

Lamar is fine, we just couldn't find ways to help him. He was on an insane pace early in the year without running much. Once teams figured out they did not need to respect that O-line it was pretty much a wrap.

Guard is a massive concern especially with 77. I think we have a guy in Emery who shows a lot of promise who SHOULD have got an opportunity on the right side.

77 is gone unless they bring him back

Leg strength isn't ridiculously important. You're very rarely kicking 60+ for game winners. You are routinely kicking 40 and 50 yarders for game winners. Kickers even in HS has the leg strength for that.

The most important things for a kicker are accuracy, consistency, and the mental.

Loop was never that accurate and was EXCEPTIONALLY inconsistent.

The FO definitely weaved themselves a tale where his leg strength was going to be a weapon and fumbled the most basic of evaluations. Dude wasn't an accurate and consistent kicker.

He's legitimately the Breshad Perriman pick. A WR with crazy speed but had bricks for hands. That's not a WR.
Loop was 90% for the season and until the miss to end the season was 7 for 7 from 40-49.

90% is very good for a rookie kicker.

Yes of course, but what's not good? Most penalties for kicking out of bounds during kickoff. Needs to be cleaned and quick next season should be the guy going forward.

yea that was very bad.

strange that the nfl didn't make that penalty the 45 yard line since a kickoff into the end zone is the 35 yard line. Makes it not that bad of a penalty.

That being said i believe he is here next year and it will have to improve.

My conspiracy theory is that they made the penalty so small in order to get the rule passed. If it was a 20 yard penalty, the NFL teams might have objected.

But just watch them "move the goalposts" after a couple of years.

the penalty is set from where you kickoff from rather than the 40
so typically it would be a penalty that puts you at the 40 yard line, but it's actually because it's 25 yards from the spot of the kickoff

a couple of teams used that difference effectively when the opposing team gave a 15 yard penalty enforced on the ensuing kickoff - you then purposefully kick the ball out of bounds and their new starting field position is the 25 instead of the 40
