The Fumbles, the Lamar Injury, and the Season’s Over?

Yes, I know 2007 was a complete mess and disaster. Billick lost the players and stuff, but the patience Biscotti has with Harbaugh and the amount of times he's been given to fix it. Billick would have been Head Coach for several seasons more if Biscotti gave Billick multiple times to fix it.

Tbh Harbaugh has the guys playing hard. That isn’t the problem with this team. I don’t see a team who quit. I see a team that’s in their own head. So our guys are fighting it’s more that they’re too jumpy
Yeah I don't think the players have quit on Harbaugh but there are too many mental errors, dumb turnovers, and an inability to finish in critical situations that has been true for years. The big thing though is that both of our coordinators seem to be in over their heads and we need a culture shift overall at this point since it is clear we can't count on coaching to correct these mental errors.

Hey, want to know a fun stat? Drake Maye was 1-12 when trailing in the 4th Quarter..... heading into our game tonight.

You only get a Lamar Jackson once or maybe twice in a franchise's history. And we said, nah we dont have to protect him. Fuck it
You really hate EDC huh? I mean he has tried to protect Lamar. Just because he hasn’t spent a first round pick on an OL doesn’t mean he hasn’t put an investment there. They may not have worked out but I also do believe the HC is involved in players too, no GM would want to make picks in a vacuum without the input of the HC.

If the team is in their own head for the whole season that's on the coaching to be able to coach them out the funk.

This is the most undisciplined and mentally deficient Ravens team in history.
And look at the talent ! There’s plenty there.

Oh I am not saying Harbaugh isn’t a problem. I’m saying the problem isn’t that the players aren’t fighting because they are.

This is probably what hurts most.

Top to bottom the talent on this roster was crazy. By all accounts we should be running away with the #1 seed. But a Buffalo loss a Lamar going down and a bunch of nagging injuries and mental fragility seemed to have buried us in Week 1. That’s a major problem and honestly a critical concern for me. Even if we fire Monken and Orr, I’m not sure I feel confident in their replacements.

I really don’t see a path forward for Harbaugh. I can’t see firing both coordinators and him staying here. It makes me nervous because Monken has to go and Orr really isn’t performing well. If you need to fire both coordinators you fire the head coach as well imho. Not sure I’ve ever seen a HC survive if both coordinators are fired

Clean the whole house, coaching staff and the front office. We can't afford another year of DeCosta neglecting the OL and Lamar ending up in a wheelchair again because of it.

I’m probably Huntley’s biggest hater and have stated that I’d rather watch paint dry than watch him play football but dude played well tonight. Gotta give him credit
