Well, possibly your entire coaching staff is coaching for their jobs, and there sure as shit are players playing for future contracts or to keep their contracts as is. So I doubt you're going to see people just roll over and start tanking.

Tanking isn't a real thing in the NFL. The coaches and the players never have the luxury of doing it.

Even if that was a TD, it's still not a guarantee we win the game. Hell, it's not even given that we score the 2-point conversion. It was still like a little over 2 mins left and the way our secondary was giving the big plays up, who knows.
