The Malaki Starks, the Red Zone Scoring, and the Q4 Jump Scare

We signed him off the street and got 2 really good years, I'm sure it was in the back of everybody's minds that a 3rd one was pushing it. That said, when his snaps go down maybe he gets more effective in a limited role. You do want a guy like that around come playoff time.
He’s still got a place on this team and he’s been an incredible budget signing, no doubt about that.

But I think he hurts our pass rush right now, because I feel he’s subpar to green and jones and may even be subpar to Carl Lawson even though we haven’t seen him play yet

Regardless of KVN's on field performance his mentoring of the young guys is invaluable. We lost a lot of that when Calais left.

On goal line we should run either mitchell or hill more if we are gonna run behind them trash ass guards! Idk if it matters but they could possibly hit the hole faster before its clogged. Gotta do something cause the undercenter runs with henry legit does not work in redzone

1. Stop pulling blockers on the goal line
2. Incorporate Lamar as a run threat
3. Attack outside the guards and move the line laterally

he was playing with green and jones a lot on Sunday (not replacing them)
Green and KVN both played 70% of the snaps while on his debut, Dre'mont Jones played 60%

i think that's fine - and i imagine Jones snaps will go up and KVN's will come down slightly
but there's enough snaps for the 3 of them easily

i think the best sign is that Ojabo only had 10 snaps the whole game

KVN still has value to the team for sure

Is robinson anygood? I see people talking about him but i dnt remember him doing much

he's an edge setter/glass eater

the kind of guy that coaches love and fans ignore - the hope was he could offer some pass rush from the interior but that's not manifested - he's more Courtney Upshaw than pernell mcphee/zadarius smith

certainly a role for him on this defence when he returns but i should think he wont be getting as many snaps as he was before
