Ill be shocked if we beat the Chiefs. I know they havent played well but there's nothing like a current Ravens D to right the ship for the Chiefs.

With Worthy coming back to the lineup, I fully expect him to have a big day. I'd be beyond shocked if KC scores less than 30. As for our offense, I'm doubting we even get to 27 in large part because Chris Jones and co. is gonna be looking at our OL like......

If we win it’s a statement game from Harbaugh
This is one of the biggest early season games in the last few years for us imo cuz it's always the same story. We are the only team that doesn't win any grudge match ever. Easily the mentally weakest team in the league. @ Pittsburgh and a rematch of who we lost to in the playoffs is always a lock for a loss.
Only time we've ever abandoned that script was Marcus peters pick, which knowing him I bet he was ignoring harbs and out of position saving us from that inevitable touchdown drive and a loss.
The chiefs will never be worse. We drafted our team to beat the chiefs with Hamilton and Wiggins, those guys were drafted to stop the screen and speed game just as PQ and MH were drafted to stop Derrick Henry. There line is weak but I still expect us to bring little pressure and even less execution.
I also expect our offense to really struggle against there defense, which tbf is one of the best and most solid in the league. Chris jones is going to eat RR and vorhees just like he did last year (because nothing has changed) I expect Henry to get blown up in the backfield a ton and Lamar to throw a bad pick cuz he's going to get frustrated and try and go Superman mode.
I have very low confidence in this game. Not because we shouldn't win it, we 100% should, we are by far the healier and more talented team - but it'll be a close game where we get clearly out coached and shoot ourself in the foot. false starts, holdings, and a costly roughing the passer. I can't recall the last time we won a close game where the opposition had a better coach. Reid is going to destroy vanilla Orr. This is the least optimistic I've felt on a match in years outside of our annual guanrteeded loss @ Pitt

I feel like it would be foolish to expect a win against the Chiefs. The only time we beat them it required Oweh to make his only ever game changing play in the NFL or that was a loss.

Game set us back 5 years of getting an elite edge as we thought we had one im dead lol
Would have loved to have Madubuike here since the downgrade from LG Joe Thuney to LG Kingsley Suamataia has so far been one of the biggest drop-offs of any significant offseason changes. LT Josh Simmons has been a bit up-and-down. RT Jawaan Taylor is his old unreliable self. If it helps, we won't be the only team walking into the match up with multiple question marks on the offensive line. That's at least one positive storyline for us.

This really needs to be one of those games where somehow this doesn’t end up mattering because next man up, any given Sunday, etc. the types of games that always happen to us somehow. Can we be on the other side for once

Honestly, Jenkins is pretty critical now. He played well against the Lions like he actually wanted to win that game. I'm glad that guy is OK. Washington doesn't really concern me. Jones is a concern though.
