Worth noting that if that was indeed a designed run, that's on Lamar.

If Andrews was under the impression that Lamar was going to run, he's going to block. If Lamar doesn't run or throw it nearly immediately, then you get penalties like that.

That's almost 100% on Lamar, not Andrews.

He honestly looks like a decent QB. Probably not a franchise guy, but he'll have a career as a journeyman spot starter and higher end backup.
