I'm not just basing it out of preseason. UPenn outlined some of the reasons and I totally agree.

I could see us not being as good but I also see areas we could improve ... on offense and I'm seeing a big year from Oweh, Travis Jones and think Ojabo could do really well on defense. Plus our defensive backs are still great .... even better
