I started watching football for the first time in my life in 2008. I have never been a fan of a team; never bought a jersey for a team that John Harbaugh did not coach.
My conspiracy theory is that they made the penalty so small in order to get the rule passed. If it was a 20 yard penalty, the NFL teams might have objected.
But just watch them "move the goalposts" after a couple of years.
Thank you. That makes sense to me since I definitely didnt pay close attention in recent years. Ive stepped back emotionally after their embarrassing failures.
Harbaugh must have really liked Monken too though.
I do not remember hearing any stories about Harbs family being behind any Ravens choices. And I used to keep a very close eye on this team.
So that's interesting...
It probably needed to happen. They've had, I believe 4 playoff wins since 2014.
But I still feel sad. We had some great times with Harbaugh. This is the end of an era.
I feel bad because his diabetes is technically a disability, but he's a liability.
I also wonder if its mental. Maybe his playoff drop really did something to him. This is part of why I fear that Loop may never recover.
Maybe so. But that is the way things go for Baltimore. Cundiff didn't do anything after his miss. Shoot, we haven't heard all that much from Andrews after his playoff failure.
But most of all, I saw a picture of Loop after the miss and it didn't inspire confidence in me.
