And just to throw my choice for OC into the mix. I'm thinking outside the box and would love for us to hire Charlie Weis Jr. His dad won 4 Super Bowls with New England as OC and mentored him. He had the #2 total offense in all of college last year at Ole Miss...averaging almost 500 yards a game...
