I do think the Joe Brady-Burrow connection is somewhat overrated. He was the passing game coordinator and WR coach at LSU. Yes, they did work together, I just think it's blown out of proportion.

Why do coaches hate points? Coen went for it on 4th and 2 in the red zone. Turn over on downs. Jags end up losing by 3. I love aggressive football, but you need every point you can get in the playoffs. There was no reason to pass up on 3 at that point.

Yes Minter makes sense on the surface. That said, I think I'd like to get away from the Harbaugh tree. Start fresh. Flores would be a good hire, but the lawsuit is a thing. Think it's safe to say the Ravens go with a coordinator type at HC, rather than CEO, like Harbaugh.
