What is the point of this? It doesn't actually change anything about why teams are hesitant to make trades. If the NFL wants more trades it should just push the trade deadline back by a month. Right now at the deadline teams don't really know if they should be buying or selling and it makes...

Improvement is definitely needed, but if we are going to make it to where we all want to go, then we need more than just a good defence, we need a dominant one.
