Honestly it'd be funny to see Browns reacting to their one true star winning on another team as the Browns continue to suck. Maybe he'll even retire as a Ram rather than a Brown.
I have to ask, why do you think he's a free agent? If he's perfectly fine in the locker room with zero issues he wouldn't be a free agent weeks after the draft. For that matter the Patriots would have never gotten rid of him.
He was arrested for allegedly attacking his live in chef over payments, and (again allegedly) strangling her. This came not long before the Patriots let him walk. So yeah, he has been arrested before.
When it comes to weapons on offense we shouldn't underestimate the impact of a really good OC. The right coach can get a lot out of people.
Even if he wasn't the play caller Doyle still had a big role in coaching the Bears offense that really over achieved. Honestly just getting their attitude...
I think we are better off without the trade. The combo of Vega and Zion on rookie deals beats Crosby and whatever O-lineman we got later on in the draft.
Asking if Ed was that good is crazy. Tom Brady when playing the Ravens had it on his wrist band to find Reed before the snap on every play. If Brady put that much focus on him that should tell you how good he is.
Honestly Brady, and old school QBs of the 2000s were better at reading defenses...
I would honestly put both Chris McAlister and Jimmy Smith over Humphrey. That's not an insult to Humphrey, but those two would genuinely shut down their side of the field. Hamilton and Rod Woodson need to be higher as well.
