With the addition of LJ, Im not so sure some coaches are on the hot seat this year. Surely if we do poorly this year, Joe takes the fall and the coaches have another year to develop LJ. Thats my assumption anyway, I dont see the FO bringing in new coaches to develop.

I feel the same way. Im in a way, confused. I see all this excitement for him but the last I remember hearing from him was terribly under throwing at the combine. I hope he lights it up though, Im more happy that this means that we can get out from Joe's cap hit and spend money elsewhere.
