I follow the PDiddyTrial subreddit (I know right lol) and I saw this stat regarding the SDNY:
"SDNY has a 98% conviction rate, only 2% that go to trial, most end in a conviction.
Mistrials are rare, only 2-3% of federal trials end in mistrials (hopefully not this one)
In SDNY, which is among the most aggressive and successful districts, acquittals at trial are even rarer, arguably closer to 0–2%.
SDNY RICO trial acquittals are exceedingly rare—most end in conviction or plea. A full RICO acquittal is a statistical anomaly.
In SDNY, no recent high-profile defendant has been acquitted on these charges — and full acquittals at trial are virtually unheard of.
Diddler gonna beat the odds, or go to prison (where he belongs)"
